AG sues health care service firm for alleged patient privacy violations

Attorney General Lori Swanson on Thursday filed a lawsuit against a health care service firm that works with Fairview and North Memorial Hospitals, accusing it of failing to protect patient health care records and failing to disclose to patients how their records are used.
