I’m from the middle east and we hate America for killing 1 million civilians in iraq and going to war based on lies. a war on terror is just a lie, where resistance became terrorists and U.S. troops saying we have policy ‘if they kill one of us, we kill 100 civilians’ now I call this terror.

I’m a Democrat, but I cannot see how I win anything by voting for Democratic candidates who pursue policies that injure the families of working US citizens. Flooding the labor pool at home with millions of workers and shipping jobs overseas are not progressive values; they are corporate values!

FYI Obama came out strongly against the war before we began the bombing of Iraq. In Chicago in 2002 he spoke at an anti-war rally opposing the Iraq war as a “dumb war.” He said the war would lead to “an occupation of undetermined length, with undetermined costs and undetermined consequences.”
