Fifth anniversary health care fodder for Romney

Democrats plan to tweak Republican Mitt Romney around tomorrow’s fifth anniversary of the Massachusetts universal health care law, but while that may pay them dividends during next year’s presidential primary campaign, in could make them vulnerable in the general election.
