@sonnybrown “Why don’t you show me then and stop saying..

Which question this regards to?

Let’s do one at a time.
“When people get? injured and brought in a hospital, how often do they? shop around for better price and service?”

Your point is “Profit seeking free market always works.” so you have to put everything under consideration, no exception.

Answer?

@TheSaltyAdmiral

The problem is the half assed attempt at fixing it. No progressive like it. If you build up a single payer system from the ground its much cheaper. The private industry has much more bureaucracy than the single payer models in europe/canda. And it costs the about half per person.

Yes I know what free market capitalism is, I just don’t think it works. It will inevetibly end up in monopoly and “slavery”. Not to mention all the problems regarding poverty and unprofitable work.

@allgoo19 Why don’t you show me then and stop saying you’re going to. Just do it already. Since you’re the one with all the answers and none of what I say is important. You seem to know everything and everything I say is based on falsehoods and lies in your eyes. You waste a lot of time on asking questions you could easily google. And whenever I answer you just pretend I’m not even talking. You’re pretty much driving me crazy with your insane line of questioning.

@sonnybrown
No answer?
“When people get injured and brought in a hospital, how often do they? shop around for better price and service?”

“US spends twice the health care cost? Or that, someone already tried privatized fire Dpt. and failed? Or that, in California they tried utility companies into free market and collapsed in two weeks?”

All the names you showed, do they name any countries with total free market is working? Which country?
I can show you the opposite.

@allgoo19 Ludwig Von Mises, Fredrick Hayek, Milton Friedman, Carl Menger, Friedrich von Wieser, Peter Shiff, Ron Paul. Should I keep going? You think I just made everything up? This is centuries of study from great minds. Everything you say is just baby speak comparatively.

@sonnybrown “This is true and nothing anyone has proposed has proven otherwise. ”

Who said so, besides you?
Show me.

@sonnybrown “This is true and nothing..”

What’s true? US spends twice the health care cost? Or that, someone already tried privatized fire Dpt. and failed? Or that, in California they tried utility companies into free market and collapsed in two weeks? Yes, it’s all proven. I have more, if you want.
Of course, free market works in selling toasters.

Unanswered question: “When people get injured and brought in a hospital, how often do they shop around for better price and service?”

@EndTheFedRes God, finally someone with a brain on this damn channel.

@allgoo19 This is true and nothing anyone has proposed has proven otherwise. And if you dare to throw anything of late about the financial meltdown or derivatives market at me, let me end this crap shoot of a conversation with this; There’s another beast that exists today that is not a free market system that poses as one. It’s called “Crony Capitalism”. This happens when for profit companies make deals with government. It is basically the worst system you can have on the face of this planet.

@sonnybrown

And don’t forget, your point is everything works better with “For profit free market”.

@sonnybrown “It’s an option to get rid of glasses.”

You are getting there.
So, you know there are different kinds of fields in medicine that one thing doesn’t work for another.
When people get injury and brought in a hospital, how often do they shop around for better price and service?
In your mind, it will work the same way Lasik works?

@allgoo19 Oh well thanks for gracing me with the opportunity to think. I think you’re retarded. How’s that? Insurance doesn’t cover lasik eye surgery because it isn’t a necessary procedure for people. It’s an option to get rid of glasses. That should even further prove my point. It’s in lower demand than a necessary procedure where demand would be higher in a free market. When we want something in the free market prices go down because of the competition for your business. Uuuuunderstaaaaaand?

@sonnybrown “I’ve answered your question? I don’t know how many times,”

“Next, think why it’s not covered by those insurance.
Why?”

I’m giving you an opportunity to *think*, because you don’t.

@allgoo19 I’ve answered your question I don’t know how many times, yet you keep saying “no answer?” I can’t believe I’ve wasted all this time on you. You will never get it. You will never get anything at all… ever. Good luck in life. You’re going to need it.

@sonnybrown
No answer? Why everybody talks about Lasik, while I can show you many more that do the same, and there’s a reason for it. It comes from only one source? Proof that followers have no brain?
Libertarianism is the way it is in third world countries, not a theory, and US is going down to the third world status now. Giving it a name doesn’t make it a legitimate theory. It’s a religion, in the same way creationism is.

@sonnybrown Great comment about the Free Markets. Thumbs up.

@TheSaltyAdmiral BTW I was NOT aiming that “critical thinking” statement at you. I was just merely pointing it out for theatrics. lol

@TheSaltyAdmiral Cont.
Anyone who thinks billions of dollars spent on thousands of regulations (SEC, Sarbanes–Oxley) is Free Market Capitalism is incapable of critical thinking. We allowed these banks and insurance companies TBTF to privatize their profits and socialize their losses. America is anything but Free Market Capitalism. People to often confuse Capitalism with Corporatism and Crony Capitalism, and there is a huge difference.

@TheSaltyAdmiral Not sure what you mean by the Japan/US comment?
The “free market” everyone refers to is not Free Market Capitalism. It is Corporatism/Crony Capitalism. This is when our corporations lobby government for private personal government in return for favors. Awarding of contracts, keeping competition out, etc. Take Halliburton, Blackwater, Microsoft, and Government Sach’s for example, and this is just “the tip of the iceberg”. Cont.

@TheSaltyAdmiral No worries about the late reply. Once again YouTube did not forward me another comment (yours this time). Only happened to see your reply because I was replying to someone else’s.
I can answer the “is he right”. Healthcare costs have already gone up, and will only add to our deficit. It’s not just government intervention (added bureaucracy) driving the costs up, but inflation as well (which the federal government is responsible for/ borrowing/spending on both sides).

@iglwy lol, yeah The Cartoon News Network. Lets try the Drudge Report, Outlivesheep, and Zerohedge for starters.

@EndTheFedRes what’s your idea of independent news? news corporation, cnn, nbc, abc? keep guessing!

@sonnybrown “Lasik? isn’t covered by medicare/medicaid or lots of insurance.”

At least you have some brain. Now use it a little more.
Next, think why it’s not covered by those insurance.
Why?

@allgoo19 Lasik isn’t covered by medicare/medicaid or lots of insurance. Hence, why it exists in a free market. If a procedure exists outside of these systems, it exists in the direct exchange between client and provider. Does that make sense? Do I have to spell it out different for you? How can something “follow” if it’s under the entitlements of medicare? Really, I don’t even know why I’m wasting my time with you. You can’t comprehend the simplest of things.Doishta? Wakarimasu ka?

@sonnybrown “You, my friend, are hopeless. ”

What’s the matter you?
I didn’t even ask you what you think about me.

No answer to this “Why other fields of medical industry follow Lasik, if it works so well?”

Do you call Dr. client relation almost like friends to each other a “Free market” for profit? Back then Dr, didn’t leave the clients to die because he or she couldn’t pay.
Basically you still have no example.

And Lasik? You can figure out why others don’t follow if you have average brain
