Health-care owner pleads innocent

WOBURN — Diane Porter, the 65-year-old owner of a defunct home health-care agency, was released on personal recognizance yesterday after pleading innocent to 93 counts of failing to pay more than $470,000 in wages to nearly 100 employees.
