Hospice owner from Churchville charged in health care fraud scheme

PHILADELPHIA - An indictment was unsealed Oct. 12 charging Matthew Kolodesh, a/k/a “Matvei Kolodech,” of Churchville, with conspiracy to defraud Medicare of more than $14 million through his home hospice business, said United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
