@nafaidni you are a total moron like Mussolini
Paul Ryan is blowing smoke out his ass. Let’s take his gov. healthcare policy which we pay for and REPEAL THAT!!!
.
I agree, time to shut off funding…to all of them. Egypt couldn’t happen here - thats absurd. It could happen any day now. Why do you think they cut off communications…they don’t want us to “see” just how much we are all alike, how our leaders have shut us out, and ignore us..acting out cleverly written parts they play for us to debate about. HORSE SHIT call it what it is.
“Autistic Adult in Crisis Goes Unnoticed” video on youtube? shows the perfect example of how a drug like “haldol” is far more dangerous than medical marijuana! Not saying just loosely let marijuana be given out, but c’mon now, look at what Haldol, a very popular anti-psychotic did to my autistic son! After that experience, I’m not so against mm anymore…
@nafaidni Stalin made Marxism workable. After Lenin destroyed the Russian economy, Stalin replaced it - with a system based terror, basically by expanding on the ideas of secret police, terror killings and the like first imposed by Leon Trotsky and his CHEKA.
But again, this has little to do with a kleptocratic proposal to nationalize the US health care system. Or to expand an already demonstrably corrupt Leftist-dominated and self serving welfare bureaucracy.
@nafaidni Ah, no - I’m still holding state socialism, as existed in fascist Italy and now exists in the Marxist PRC now, as a form of Leftism. It’s a rather obvious conclusion really - unless you’re still stuck with the Marxian notion that replacing democracies and free commerce with a form of secular feudal autocracy (eg, Marxist socialism) is an inevitable historical process.
@DrCruel
Ah, still holding corporatism (economics of fascism) as a left-wing ideology. Good luck with your efforts to reform history.
Now, socialism as we all know has never been truly implemented. Stalin destroyed any possibility of a possibly socialist Russia after Lenin’s death (called by Churchill as the worst event in Russia after Lenin’s birth). 80% of what Americans hate of the Soviet Union, you should know, was implemented under Stalin. Khrushchev was far more liberal.
@DrCruel
Mussolini “heavily taxed” people? By that, you mean that he repealed the luxury tax, repealed tax on foreign capital, opposed putting corporations under municipal control, repealed a law putting life insurance under government administration, privatized telephone and match making companies, put the nation under the gold standard, removed trade unions, before establishing the National Council of Corporations in 1930.
Yes, very socialistic. Like Thatcher and Reagan.
@nafaidni No doubt. When a historian considers a national socialist a “socialist” he is de facto labelled as a “Rightist” or “conservative” by Leftists. In the Leftist worldview, any deviation from their contrived worldview is a version of “Rightism” - even if it comes from groups who call themselves Leftist or socialist. Thus why Bolsheviks and Maoists regularly would call each other “fascists” or “reactionaries” back in the 1960s.
Marxists are never “Marxist” or “socialist” after they fail.
No one except you and American conservatives call fascism a form of socialism. The creator of fascism calls it the opposite of socialism. Fascists executed the leader of the Socialist Party. Under Mussolini, the wages of workers fell to 1/3 of France’s.
Lenin wasn’t much of a socialist in his policies, either. Although the condition of Russia at the time after Civil War partly led to that. Both the right-wing White Army and the left-wing Red Army committed atrocities against their sides.
@DrCruel
Mussolini’s beliefs, everyone knows, turned 360 throughout his career. Including his ideas on socialism, the opposite of fascism.
His early ideologies were pacifism, being a proud “anti-patriot”, protesting the state, getting imprisoned for protesting wars, equality, class struggle, and more.
After WWI, he knew socialism was dead. He then supported foreign wars, unwavering nationalism, submission to the state, executions of protesters, called equality and class struggle obsolete, etc
But we saw what you idiots did to the Clinton boom under your unelected leader W. Bush. The proof is in the pudding. Look what 8 years of your “welfare for the rich” did to our economy. Destroyed it.
Your “helping the rich” part of your agenda is bullshit. You’ve fallen for the two big lies of capitalism; 1.) The rich deserve to be rich. 2.) The poor deserve to be poor. You’re a penniless hump defending a class the ranks to which you will NEVER belong. How DUMB does that make you?
So no - I’m not going to help you justify the enslavement of the working class and the impoverishment of business owners, in the name of “socialism”, “fascism”, or any other similar form of Leftist ideology. I’t’s not just because the whole idea behind Leftism has at its core hypocrisy, self-centered selfishness and greed. It’s because, like any other form of rapacious parasitism, your self-destructive ideological idiocies threaten to bring down me with you.
I act out of self preservation.
@BlameRepublicans You’re right about one thing. All you hear is the drone of your own monologue. “Blah blah blah.” You’re not interested in any other opinions - because the Leftist idea all along is to loot the economies of other countries, and because pirates can’t be dissuaded by logical argument.
The “helping the poor” part of the agenda is just so much bullshit. It’s about parasitism. That’s what the Leftist agenda has been all about since Karl Marx.
All I’m hearing is “blah, blah, blah, I wish I had a point to make…” Why not just man the fuck up, take responsibility for the abject failure of your far right Nazi agenda? For reasons I’ve previously posted the Democrats have proven to be great leaders, and the GOP a pack of treasonous cowardly thieves.
@nafaidni Mussolini certainly repudiated Marxism, but that did not make him a “rightist”. Bakunin was not favorable to Marxism either, but no one argues that he was a “rightist” outside of Marxist circles.
Mussolini nationalized industries, heavily taxed business people, and created a “cult of the state” with himself as dictator. He was not at all interested in free market principles. His practical policies were far more similar to those of Fidel Castro or Hugo Chavez than Ronald Reagan.
@nafaidni That’s right - Mussolini not only began his acreer as a Leftist and anarchist, but was lauded by Leftists an liberals alike when he became dictator in 1925. He wa s a much of a “right-winger” as Lenin, who also broke the power of independant trade unions and rival Left-wing factions in the Soviet Union.
Fascism was a reform of socialism, especially Marxian socialism, which had proven to be unworkable. Thus why the PRC has adopted a form of Maoist fascist-socialism to run China.
@BlameRepublicans Never heard of our system of checks and balances referred to as “a bunch of lies and bullshit” before. Maybe someone from the ISO would say something like that, but nobody else.
Who was at the helm of the nation at the time? During both the Nixon and Ford administrations, a Democratic Congress dominated the country. They had an overwhelming advantage in numbers in both the House and Senate, and were hostile to repeated attempts by these presidents to save South Vietnam.
Mussolini quotes:
“The Fascist conception of life is a religious one” // “It is opposed to classical liberalism which arose as a reaction to absolutism” // “Fascism will have nothing to do with universal embraces [i.e universal health care]” // “Fascism [is] the resolute negation of the doctrine underlying so-called scientific and Marxian socialism”
@DrCruel
Mussolini was never a right winger? Hmm, let’s see… he destroyed trades unions in favor of a system called “corporatism” where unions essentially were just parts of their companies with no power. He calls socialism a “fraud, a comedy, a phantom, a blackmail”. He was expelled from his socialist party for arguing Italy should join foreign wars. His supporters formed “private militias” and later threatened to use the to overthrow the government. He abolished the socialist party.
Question - who was at the helm of the nation at this time? Just answer the question without a bunch of lies and bullshit please.
Answer: The Republicans. Nuff said.
@wtong89 Our competitors are excelling because they are adopting capitalist reforms. We’re declining because we are adopting their socialist mistakes. And the crooks who profit from socialism in this country want the situation to continue - they are even lobbying frantically to make it worse.
This isn’t about wars and international policy. It’s about how businesses will move to where the economic climate is most favorable - even if that nation is a communist state. The trend is inescapable.
@BlameRepublicans The U.S. Congress passes the Case-Church Amendment in 1973, banning further US involvement in South Vietnam and breaking the promise of “Vietnamization”. And when Gerald Ford begged the US Congress in 1975 for supplemental funding to save the South Vietnamese government and people from conquest and extermination, they refused. And what party controlled the Congress?
“Nuff said” is it? I hope you’re simply ignorant, but I tend to doubt it. More deliberate lies from the Left.
@wtong89 AMEN!!!!!
@BlameRepublicans
The Republicans have lost their sight in the economy, it is because of them that the world is excelling before us. I mean during the Clinton Administration, the US was on top of its game, now George W Bush messed it all up. Republicans are all about wars and international policy, its getting old, Democrat > Republican because history shows that Employment and GDP Growth is higher when Democrats are in power.
You know what i say Congress should just forfeit their federal health insurance, why should tax payers care about the people they send to work for them when the people who work for the tax payers dont care about the middle class and poor. The GOP has the guts to spend money and send people to war while saying we dont care about your health?
