Michael Moore is biased, but he is right. Socialism isn’t communism, socialism is necessary in every country. If you privatise almost everything like in America, normal people get fucked. Without socialism, only the wealthy few are in control.

This is why I love New Zealand.

Hopefully the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will fix this pre-existing condition b.s.

@wasabi622 I sure can´t sir

@TaleOfValors Yeah.. well you obviously can’t pick up on context…

@wasabi622 yeah ´cause there´s no way that healthy people might get unhealthy…

@TheCherrynose I agree. My dad and my girlfriend both work for the NHS and they work bloody hard! it just annoys me when people slag the NHS off and sue doctors unnecessarily and get violent with nurses at 5am on saturday night in casualty……if they don’t like getting it for free, go to america and pay for it………..that’ll eat into their special brew budget…

Autism?? AUTISM??? That’s ridiculous.
Well damn then, just give healthy people health insurance. How the hell does that make sense?

Well at least in Massachusetts there already was universal healthcare before the universal healthcare law was passed by congress

thank you god for the NHS, why the hell dont the USA get in line with UK,Canada, New zealand and Australia, i know all countries have their own problems, but c’mon guys you got the money for something better.

You know what, I think that not only if the government was blunt honest we would get more stuff like this fixed, but the public must also be ready to recieve these answers and actually be blunt honest.

But of course, there’s capitalism, and so no idea like this could even be possible.

1:07 Im the same size and do have a healtinsurance here in finland, europe O_O´ If smth like that would pop into news here that you wont get it cause of overweight, ppl would laugh and wonder hey it´s not april´s fool yet!

@becauseisaidso30 exactly! And all because of him… i will always be grateful to good old Tommy Douglas

@becauseisaidso30 Cool. Can my son and I move in with you? they cut his insurance because I make too much and kidscare had a cap put on it

@METALMAN4Wii obama did successfully pass the healthcare act, but there is a difference between ‘universal healthcare’ and ‘universal health insurance.’ The bill will give 95% health coverage but universal healthcare has to be 100% and the only way that is achievable is through a single-payer public option. The healthcare plan is ‘universal insurance’ which is not a single payer system like canada or europe. The US still has a long way to go before it can catch up to canada or europe.

when i was growing up, i always presumed america had free universal healthcare. I thought america had free universal healthcare like canada and europe cos they’re the richest country in the world. I was wrong. it wasn’t until i was in my late teens that i realised that america not only doesn’t have universal healthcare, but is the only fully developed country in the western world that doesn’t have it. It was an absolute shocker. Ah well. The American dream has yet to come.

@becauseisaidso30 We Brits love Canadians. Canada and Britain are the greatest!

@becauseisaidso30 Well Obama is trying to pass it but the brainwashed Republicans are fighting him with there lies. like the U.S. Government is going to take half of our pay check’s ? which is plan BS because it will cost less then $3 a day……!

I am happy to live in PERU, creo que es un pais maravilloso y con muchas cosas por hacer y que las quiero hacer y tengo las posibilidades de hacerlas. thank

@georgelewis Pay to use every single road when you drive then, since nothing is free and nothing is provided by the goverment.

Nothing is free in the USA , you have to pay For breathing.

@yot5000 ^
why my country sucks

@becauseisaidso30 Here too in the UK. Been in hosiptal 9 times since 2000, had 3 big operations, now the Cancer is in remission, did not cost me a cent. I also get free precriptions BUT still work and pay tax! If I had been in the “land of the Free” I would now be dead!

God, I hate that woman who works for an insurance company and is crying about her job. She has no right to those tears.
